Clean and secure storage. Employees are nice. The big negative is the gate hours 9am-9pm. Makes it difficult if you have a fishing boat or Rv trying to hit the lakes or roads early. Most places have a much earlier gate time. Updated review….Unfortunately the hours have not changed, so if you are a business owner or fisherman it is very difficult since you will not be able to get in until 9am. The management did respond to the original review but has not responded on the progress on getting the times changed. The other disappointing thing about this storage is the rent goes up every year!

Roberta at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was always so helpful. Her professionalism and kindness was incredible I would recommend this facility to anyone that needed extra storage space. I always felt that my items were very secure and the units were very clean and dry.

So Far So Good. THE PROCESS OF FINDING YOU CLOSE TO HOME BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE A GOOD CHRISTMAS SALE DEAL AND GET EVERYTHING. ENTERED ONLINE AND PAY FOR EVERYTHING ONLINE AND THEN COME IN AND BE TREATED VERY, VERY NICELY. BY A WONDERFUL PERSON AT THE COUNTER, I HAVE ASPERGER’S, AND I CAN BE A HANDFUL SOMETIMES. AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO ME. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME. SHE WAS VERY KIND TO ME. SHE TREATED ME REALLY WELL AND SHE HELPED ME GET EVERYTHING ALL SET UP. This is the best STORAGE UNIT place to rent from yet!…… (Just because a Storage establishment wants your business,…. doesn’t mean they ALWAYS have your best interest in mind)…. “MUCH LIKE AN INSURANCE COMPANY!” This place saved me over $200 a month on a 10×20 storage unit! My old storage was nearly $400 a month!

Pleased to have been able to find a newer storage unit managed by great staff members (Julie and assistant) were both very helpful in my move in process. I feel the monthly rent price for my unit is fare for this area and the overall presence and security for this property is just what we all look for in keeping our stuff in a nice secured place!
