I love this place. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Only complaint I have is that their payment portal is a bit glitchy and autopay constantly messes up, but no complaints about the facility itself.

Purchased a couple of abandoned store units . Called the office to confirm time of clean out of the units that were won . Roberta picked up the phone, was very helpful, and was amazing throughout the entire process. If I didn’t live so far away from this storage facility, I’d move my personal belongings here all because of Roberta’s excellent customer service!
