Good service and they don’t increase rates like other big chains. Only downside is the first unit I had leaked water from the roof into the unit. Also the climate control is pretty weak because they “keep the temperature just above the dewpoint” to prevent moisture from forming, so it’s still pretty cold in the units in winter.

It’s a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies. Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.

I stopped by just to get some information unfortunately there was no person there, but I was able to use the kiosk and talk to someone via FaceTime. She gave me all the information I needed. Looked at all up online came back. Did a one-on-one with Cory. She was amazing answered all my questions showed me all of the units I needed to see. I asked her about the rental trucks. She went over that in detail. Great experience. I downloaded the app was able to access no issues. The whole process is pretty seamless.

Simplified storage request able to complete ALL on-line. Stopped in and meet the staff next morning; very friendly and explained payments, times, and other facility familiarization. Very expedited processing and easy instructions to follow!
