Conveniently located facility with very secure access. But what really sets this place apart is the Staff. They're extremely friendly and professional at the same time. Roberta not only made moving in as quickly as possibly an easy experience but an enjoyable one as well, and when I noticed the unit that I first moved into had a very minor appearance of a potential leak they got maintenance in the very next day, communicated extremely clearly, resolved the issue and offered to move a new unit while keeping my move in discount all for my peace of mind. I've been a customer here since September of 2021 and I have yet to find an issue. The prices are straightforward and you get access most hours of the day. It looks like they are adding more to the storage facility which will make it twice as big as it is now. Buckley is a nice little small town so they picked a great location to have their company. Staff is amazing and it's pretty secure with their 24-hour surveillance so you can feel the rest assured your stuff is safe!

It was a little bit confusing with the website. My suggestion would be just stick to one website because I had to call several times to confirm if everything went through but then I actually had to go to the facility website that I was applying for, to fill out paperwork. Otherwise, my experience so far with the Rainier view storage Buckley was so simple and easy!! I would recommend anyone to go there for storage! Customer service was so awesome and helpful. Thank you for being so patient and so willing.

The experience has been so bad I am hoping to only have to use the unit for a month. When I originally called to get pricing I was told for the 10*15 it would be first two months half off. I went in a day later to see the units and ask about prices and was told the unit was only first month half off. When I came to see the units I asked to see the 10*15 . I was shown two units one inside and one outside. I decided to sign up and did all the onboarding. Got a call later saying Janet showed me 10*20 and not the 10*15 like I asked to. Started my service 05/19 and had hired movers to help load and unload 05/20. When I got to the storage at 6:40 the gate was locked. Came to find out the availability has changed to office hours only. Apparently they send an email , but couldn’t send a text?! If I am busy moving I am not going to have time to be checking my emails. I had pay for an extra day of movers to help unload and rent a trailer an extra day. Today I was doing one last trip with a few things. Thinking the gate would be open until 4 since that is what the email said. I got there at 3:40 and Janet was getting ready to close 20 minutes early. She told me it was closed ,but I told her the email clearly said 11-4 on Sundays. She said that closing is at 3:45. I asked her why is the email stating 11-4 Sunday? She than seemed annoyed for doing her job and said I had 10 minutes. Honestly the first and hoping the last time I rent a storage unit or at least from here .
