after contacting many storage units in the area and making my 1st reservation and then reading the reviews. I swiftly canceled that reservation and got smart and read reviews first :). Not only did Ranier have good reviews, there rates were good and they were very nice, very helpful and quick to respond. I only have 3 comments or positive feedback. that shouldn't stop anyone from renting here. 1. more carts for people moving in.(there was only 2 carts on 1 level and like 3 or 4 on the other for alot of storage units. I spent alot of time and wating for someone to get done using a cart. 2. Signs on outside doors maybe laminated and saying used this door to access these units? 3. Inside have signs saying go this way for these units. kind of like hotels do with 20 rooms down a hallway, and you guys have like 100 units down a hallway, would of saved alot of time. 4. Clearly mark what the 1st level and 2nd level is and that you can't acces the 2nd level from the 1st level. I ordered online that stated ground floor access. nothings said 2nd level. So i spent alot of time trying to figure this out. As really in terms of a 2nd level is something were you walk up to a 2nd level. Not drive up to the 1st entrance you find and walk straight in didnt' seem like a 2nd level. Now if i hadn't of been moving for 7hrs in the hot sun and tired. This may of been a little easier for me. I was 3/4 of the way brain dead tired. I am sure alot of peopel are when moving at times. These simple inexpesive things would be amazing. Now what was awesome.. 1. storage area very clean 2. air conditioning was a savior 3. nice clean bathrooms, 4. located in a very nice area and i felt 100% safe with my belongings being there. 5. I would rent from them again with out more carts or the signage. :) I was going to say that you would get a 4 star review again and not a 5 star. but i am going back to change my review to a 5 star from the 4 star i started with. As i dont think you should get hit for being a new storage facility and you could be ordering more carts and waiting for the signs to get made. :) so I will leave a 9/10 . If you are looking for a safe clean place to store your belongings and be helped by nice people. This is the place, just get good directions, ask how far unit is from the door.

We have already had an inside unit with Rainier and decided to also store our RV with them. Julie in the front office has always been kind, considerate and professional and made our move in process go very well. We really like this property too. It’s very clean and secure. We especially like our new RV space as it’s the first we’ve found that is paved and comes with a trickle charge outlet. Overall, I’d highly recommend Rainier.

Julie took great care of my needs. She rolled the red carpet once I entered her store and treated me with a lot of respect. She took the time to show me the facilities and how things worked there. What I found amazing was her upcoming offers which I immediately jump on. I wish I would found this place before. I just moved to Lacey Washington and found Rainier Storage online. Julie, sent me a picture of the unit i needed to rent, so I was able to view in real life where the unit was on the property. From that point, I reserved and paid and signed my lease online from the convenience of the Starbucks coffee store 2000 miles away. When I arrived to Lacey, it was 4 days later, at 0615. My unit was ready and available to move in. We were done with the move in by 0815. We were done before the property opened so my wife and I didnt even have the opportunity to meet Julie. (My wife did receive a personal phone call from them a few days later to see how our move in went.)Anywho, I highly recommend Rainier Storage in Lacey Washington, Julie went above and beyond,

I had a dire situation enter my life unexpectedly, in which I had 2 days to move all my belongings to a new storage facility. I was in day 2 living it Lacey Washington, I didn't know anyone or didnt know of any storage place. Everyone has heard of PS (public storage,) I definitely wanted to stay away from that entity, we all know how horrific they are! Low and behold I found "RAINIER STORAGE", located just 2 minutes of the 5 in Hawks Prairie. Not sure the age of this place but it looks Brand New. Easy access to the unit as well, but what is most important to me is, I feel my belongings are safe and secure. I don't have to worry or even think about my stuff, because it's safe. The 2 women in the office gave me a huge discount for the first two months and enrolling was simply done with Docusign. This is my third storage facility i have used in my life and by far the the best as well.

Tim made my storage rental experience quick and painless. He showed me multiple options, and even gave me a complimentary bottled water. Overall great experience. The units are like brand new also.

I recently made an online reservation with this storage company, but my experience upon arrival was very disappointing. When I got to the facility, the front desk representative informed me that she had tried to call me, but claimed my number was unreachable. She told me that when she tried calling me from the office, my number didn't work, and for that reason, they couldn't provide me with their service. This doesn't make any sense since it must be a problem on their end, not mine. After verifying the number with her, it was clear that the issue was not on my end as the number she had was correct and has been the same for years. Despite understanding the communication issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Instead of attempting to find a solution, the representative showed a lack of professionalism and seemed uninterested in helping. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and gave the impression that she had no desire to be there. Customer service should be a priority, especially in situations like these where a simple miscommunication can be resolved with a bit of effort and a positive attitude. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Hello. This is the veteran organization Twenty22Many. One of our members was recently discriminated against, was told he was a liar and wrongfully accused of stealing a facility map. The veteran in question was “GIVEN” a map by staff and later accused of lying about the map. He as anyone would do left a negative review. Only after leaving this review was he and his family turned away and told they were a security risk. A security risk for their staff giving him a map. He attempted to work it out with the district manager. Only to be told by him receiving said map he and his family soured their relationship. He also politely asked the manager to reconsider because he is a disabled veteran and this new facility was close to their home. Still turned away. At no fault of him or his family. Reviews are meant for companies to learn from, not discriminate.

Well this is a first. I left a negative review and that’s when I was discriminated against. Me and my family came in to rent a unit and were given from the front desk lady a map to tour the facility and to show us where exactly our unit would be. A few days later I called in to verify my unit and was treated like a criminal for telling the lady I was given a map. She stated “we don’t give out maps sir you are lying. It’s something we do not do here” I had the phone call on speaker with me and my wife, and we were completely taken back at her nasty tone. Then after taking my $$ they have yet to return to me I called the district manager who also confirmed I was now a security risk.because THEY gave me a map. Hmmmm. I pleaded with him and explained I was a disabled veteran and that this unit was the closest to our home asking if he would re consider. Explained to him that it was his staff that gave me the map, not vice versa.“No sir I will not, you are a security risk. We would feel better not renting to you”. So just be careful people. Most definitely never leave her honest review because you will get the boot. Some nasty folks. Below is the map the nasty lady said I never received.

Well I went in to ask questions about a unit I had reserved online. The lady we met was wonderful. “Politely” gave us a map of the unit that was reserved for us when our move in day arrived. She also “politely” explained the outer door was broken and that we would be contacted when the door was fixed. She “politely” let us drive around the complex to at least see where our unit would be. When we drove around the door was obviously broken and blocked off. This was one week ago. Fast forward one week. Called to confirm our unit and the lady I spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude and short. I tried explaining to her that I was given a map and I was curious if the unit I was given by the “Polite” lady was still the unit we would be getting. The “rude” lady insisted “I don’t know what you’re talking about. We don’t give out maps and the door hasn’t been broken for 3 weeks” Basically calling me a liar twice. Then I politely asked to speak with a supervisor. “I am the supervisor”. Oh boy! Here we go. I don’t get people sometimes. I’m a NEW customer and all this lady was concerned about was being right and short. Like I am going to call and lie about getting a map and furthermore lie a second time about a broken door. Really??? Sincerely hope this lady has improved customer service when I bring my paperwork in. I hate leaving reviews. However, if they are earned good or bad I take time to do so.
