    Good price, clean, well maintained. A cart was right inside the door which was nice, but had we known we didn’t have to wait until office hours to get a cart, we could have gotten a much earlier start. Parking for the interior spaces is challenging as there are no-parking signs near the doors. The doors have a threshold that isn’t flat so the carts have to be pushed hard to cross the threshold and the jolt makes items on the cart bounce off. A second person is needed to get thru the door without incident. I also found it inconvenient to have the key pad for the entry & exit gate on the psgr side. Having to get out of the truck and walk around to enter the code was annoying, twice, especially in the rain. ETA: We should have asked about the carts instead of assuming they were kept in the office as in our previous facility. Not meant to be a criticism of the business.

My move was especially stressful, but Danielle made everything much easier. We decided last minute to sell the house and wanted to get everything out so we could put it up on the market as fast as we could. Rainier View Storage was less than a mile from my house, had rental spaces in multiple different sizes available. Danielle made everything easy for me. When I had trouble going online to select my unit, she told me to come in and she would get me set up. I just started a new job and she worked with me and my unknown schedule to use their moving van to get all of my belongings out of the house. When I filled up my storage unit, she was able to find me another one that was in a convenient location in relation to the first, and she got me every discount she could on them. Without her, I would probably still have everything stacked up in my garage, waiting for my day off so I could rent a UHaul. Thanks Danielle.

Super fast at getting back to me with my requests. Online rental agreement, and quick and easy instructions on how to get to the unit. Also better priced than most of the other storage facilities in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Good price, clean, well maintained. A cart was right inside the door which was nice, but had we known we didn’t have to wait until office hours to get a cart, we could have gotten a much earlier start. Parking for the interior spaces is challenging as there are no-parking signs near the doors. The doors have a threshold that isn’t flat so the carts have to be pushed hard to cross the threshold and the jolt makes items on the cart bounce off. A second person is needed to get thru the door without incident. I also found it inconvenient to have the key pad for the entry & exit gate on the psgr side. Having to get out of the truck and walk around to enter the code was annoying, twice, especially in the rain. ETA: We should have asked about the carts instead of assuming they were kept in the office as in our previous facility. Not meant to be a criticism of the business.

Good price, clean, well maintained. I pay $394/mo for the convenience of a drive up unit that is blocked by a vehicle about 40% of the time I go to my unit to drop/pick something up. Requests for reasonable solutions have gone unaddressed. There no contactless app to open/close gate (it's manual entry only both going in and coming out). You cannot select your own PIN to get in/out, it's assigned for you. Very clean, but so many inconveniences warrant a 3* review.

The customer service at this storage is terrible. The female staff did not want to show me the actual unit because it is a less than 5 minute walk. When I asked about basic questions, she gave me rude attitude like I'm not supposed to talk to her. Where did this get 5 star from?????? What a nightmare visiting this facility!

Being that it’s a pretty new facility, the storage units themselves are pretty nice. BUT I have been coming here for 6 months and there has been nasty brown sticky stuff (looks like someone had food on their fingers and touched the key pads) all over the buttons on the keypads for the gate, and the keypads for the units them selves. It’s been the same gunk on there, which only tells me that in SIX MONTHS they haven’t cleaned the keypads that at least dozens of people touch on a daily basis. I have to use a glove or something every time I come. I even took the liberty of doing their job and cleaning one with some Clorox wipes I had in my unit. So disgusting. They’re so quick to come out and tell you what you’re doing wrong when you’re there accessing your unit, so obviously they have a lot of time on their hands. Maybe they should consider spending it doing something more constructive?

This place neglected to notify us as per the laws about our unit going to auction, then when someone bid and won, they were told they could not collect from unit. Yes they were friends but we only had 3 days to come up with almost $700 and we were barely two months late on a $160 a month unit. Backup bidder was them and so it sat another month while we collected funds. We were told to do so before it went to auction again. Got funds together within 3 days and then the other employee Chris, says in sorry we found a back up bidder and we will let you know if they return your personal things!! We went that night with a friend and saw that they were lying because I peeked underneath and saw my things. Backup bidder would have had 3 days and it had been over a month since auction. Also, law states NO personal items such as photos, home movies etc can be taken and they took it all and no one will answer my emails or calls. I am DEVASTATED. We were homeless for a year and still managed to keep our unit but after our camper and truck were stolen , we had nothing and I begged them to please work with me and they would not. I now have a lawyer but the stress that they've inflicted was unnecessary and I believe they were taking my things which is why they won't respond and lied. Beware!
