It is clean, we never have any problems and have been storing there for 3 years. Our last unit at Public Storage on Mildred St. was disgusting, poorly managed and rat infested. Our contents were damaged at Public Storage and we got no reimbursement past $50 due to their tricky fine print. Whereas, at Daffodil Storage you DO NOT have to worry about vermin, security breaches and the safety of your personal possessions. This place is the best!!

We used Daffodil storage in Tacoma because our daughter attends the University of Puget Sound and other parents highly recommended them. They did not disappoint. The facility was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Their use of technology and using the app to open the gate, doors, elevator, and storage locker made everything very convenient. After storing our daughters things over the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to see her things were not covered in dust. We would definitely use Daffodil in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Great customer service, although you can pretty much get the whole process done with your phone....no more fumbling with keys and locks, no dark, dingy, scary damp halls here! People were actually smiling ( behind their masks, of course, ?) while moving in. Easy, convenient, clean and bright, safe storage. On site help was eager to help with any questions . Great Place! This place suits my needs perfectly- close to home, decently priced, easy to access, and very secure. I love the fact that I can use my phone (no key) to open the gate and unit. The staff members have all been so helpful and friendly, whether over the phone or in-person. I'm able to utilize their moving truck with a fully refundable deposit and reservation.
