We just moved into a storage unit today. The process was easy and had great customer service. I had a lock issue and when I called and spoke with Kathy she came right away and even brought us a cart. The only thing I think they can improve on is signing the contracts online it was not very phone friendly however Kathy was able to help fill in any blanks. Also great price for each unit managed to get a bigger unit for less money

I’m very happy to have this storage space and it’s inside so my belongings are safe and secure and warm inside my storage locker. Elizabeth was very helpful in explaining all I needed to know the size that was right for my storage needs. You’re also given a lock and key set to use while atStorage. You have access till 9pm which is great and you can key yourself in with your PIN code. All in All it’s a great storage facility clean and convenient. If you’re looking for a great storage place I highly recommend Daffodil Storage is a great place to store your stuff.

Moving my son and daughter in law's belongings from their NASTY Public Storage units to the Daffodil Storage was a lot of work! It was the best decision for sure. They lost a lot of their belongings due to mold, mildew & rodents. I was able to move everything into a clean, heated unit 5 minutes from home. They staff have been amazing! Super friendly and accommodating!. The facility is clean and I feel safe coming and going without feeling like I was going to end up in one :( I have not had a single screw or nail in my tire either :) Keep up the great work! You have changed my opinion on storage facilities FOR SURE!

When you get a storage unit, you are usually just worried about is it clean, do they have the size you need, will your items be safe. You normally are not thinking about the office personnel. I have to say, Kim was amazing! She was so helpful, she ensured that my code worked and my lock functioned properly. Even though there were issues with my code she kept a calm demeanor and made sure that I had proper access. Her customer service skills are top notch! I would highly recommend Daffodil Storage because of her.
