I don’t remember her name but the nice lady out front was able to get us into our storage unit very easily. I changed the size of my unit which was very easy but she had to start over again which I felt bad about. Also we didn’t know how to use the doors to get in to use the cards and next thing you know she was there checking on us. Very nice very easy. Thank you

I was lied to from the beginning. I wasn’t told I would have to pay for another unit on top of paying for my original unit. So I paid for the other unit. I was out by the 16th of the month. They are supposed to give me a partial refund next rent month August

I just want to say, Gorgiana is AMAZING! Excellent customer service, very thorough and a beautiful personality. She walked us through what size we needed for our 2200 sq ft home. Helped us navigate the app for payment and gate access. I would like to thank her for everything she has done for us, and should be recognized it.
