after contacting many storage units in the area and making my 1st reservation and then reading the reviews. I swiftly canceled that reservation and got smart and read reviews first :). Not only did Ranier have good reviews, there rates were good and they were very nice, very helpful and quick to respond. I only have 3 comments or positive feedback. that shouldn't stop anyone from renting here. 1. more carts for people moving in.(there was only 2 carts on 1 level and like 3 or 4 on the other for alot of storage units. I spent alot of time and wating for someone to get done using a cart. 2. Signs on outside doors maybe laminated and saying used this door to access these units? 3. Inside have signs saying go this way for these units. kind of like hotels do with 20 rooms down a hallway, and you guys have like 100 units down a hallway, would of saved alot of time. 4. Clearly mark what the 1st level and 2nd level is and that you can't acces the 2nd level from the 1st level. I ordered online that stated ground floor access. nothings said 2nd level. So i spent alot of time trying to figure this out. As really in terms of a 2nd level is something were you walk up to a 2nd level. Not drive up to the 1st entrance you find and walk straight in didnt' seem like a 2nd level. Now if i hadn't of been moving for 7hrs in the hot sun and tired. This may of been a little easier for me. I was 3/4 of the way brain dead tired. I am sure alot of peopel are when moving at times. These simple inexpesive things would be amazing. Now what was awesome.. 1. storage area very clean 2. air conditioning was a savior 3. nice clean bathrooms, 4. located in a very nice area and i felt 100% safe with my belongings being there. 5. I would rent from them again with out more carts or the signage. :) I was going to say that you would get a 4 star review again and not a 5 star. but i am going back to change my review to a 5 star from the 4 star i started with. As i dont think you should get hit for being a new storage facility and you could be ordering more carts and waiting for the signs to get made. :) so I will leave a 9/10 . If you are looking for a safe clean place to store your belongings and be helped by nice people. This is the place, just get good directions, ask how far unit is from the door.

I just moved to Lacey Washington and found Rainier Storage online. Julie, sent me a picture of the unit i needed to rent, so I was able to view in real life where the unit was on the property. From that point, I reserved and paid and signed my lease online from the convenience of the Starbucks coffee store 2000 miles away. When I arrived to Lacey, it was 4 days later, at 0615. My unit was ready and available to move in. We were done with the move in by 0815. We were done before the property opened so my wife and I didnt even have the opportunity to meet Julie. I had a dire situation enter my life unexpectedly, in which I had 2 days to move all my belongings to a new storage facility. I was in day 2 living it Lacey Washington, I didn't know anyone or didnt know of any storage place. Everyone has heard of PS (public storage,) I definitely wanted to stay away from that entity, we all know how horrific they are! Low and behold I found "RAINIER STORAGE", located just 2 minutes of the 5 in Hawks Prairie. Not sure the age of this place but it looks Brand New. Easy access to the unit as well, but what is most important to me is, I feel my belongings are safe and secure. I don't have to worry or even think about my stuff, because it's safe. The 2 women in the office gave me a huge discount for the first two months and enrolling was simply done with Docusign. This is my third storage facility i have used in my life and by far the the best as well.
