  • I don’t mean this in a negative way- i have worked at the same place that uses this storage unit for nearly 3 years. Do you know how many times I’ve needed to speak with a human? As many times as I decided to find one. Once. One time, out of the hundreds I’ve visited. I just needed to use the bathroom, but it’s pretty crazy how smoothly you can operate without interference entirely here. You do need an app, but that’s just where we are living these days. You need an app for going to McDonald’s.

  • I have been with this storage unit for over 4 years and was very sad I had to leave them Kori& Robert were very great person help me when needed and always made sure to shoot me a text if I forgot to pay for my unit and when I had a problem they we able and willing to help me solve it the communication was absolutely amazing. I thank you from my Heart and would tell anyone of my friends to come here.you guys are truly a great set of professionalism.

  • We had some difficulty getting the app to work on my phone since I wasn’t the primary. Julie at the Rainier Storage in Yelm, WA was amazing. She went above and beyond with patience and kindness to assist. Even going as far as calling thr main company more than once. She is an asset to the company, hang onto her.
