I loved having a mailbox and storage space here!!!!! If I wasn't moving an hour away where it makes no sense to go so far to get my mail I wouldn't be leaving. I was a loyal, happy customer for 13 years and am so sad it wasn't longer! The customer service was amazing, they really went above and beyond for customers. They securely receive packages during business hours so no stolen or missing items. I even tried to switch to another facility close to where I'm moving but they don't offer mailboxes. This place is truly the best and I am disappointed to no longer be a customer with them. If I could rate 100 stars I really would. Will miss getting my mail here for so many years through so many moves

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went in to look for a storage unit so I can clean our garage. I happened to meet Tonya, who was the one that greeted me at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and she gave me some advice about my current situation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Very clean and in a convenient location.

Daffodil storage has clean facilities with easy access. Almost everything is automated to be able to get in and out of the place. Their hours are great with really early to really late at night. The storage units are always climate controlled. They provide easy access locks and also have hand holds in multiple locations to be able to open and close the doors themselves. I've always enjoyed working with the staff. Cathy was exceptional in getting me set up. It was quick and easy. Took no more than 20 minutes and I've had them reach out a couple times just to double-check that everything is working as expected. If you have extra things in your home that you just don't know where to put or you're moving and you need a temporary location, I highly recommend daffodil storage here in Milton. It's easy, it's friendly and it's inexpensive. The cost was really just phenomenal as well!!

I am SO happy I made the move. I had a storage locker at Life Storage in Fed Way and after my rent continued to climb and more and more break ins happened, I finally went through the hassle of moving everything to Daffodil. Been renting from here for over 2 years now. It's clean and quiet. They have convenient business hours. I've accidentally left something outside my unit and I was called by the office staff to let me know. I've moved between units a couple times and it's always been an easy transition. The property manager is wonderful and pleasant to work with.

I have moved to Renton now and have kept my unit with these guys in Fife because they are just real genuine people and I know my belongings are safe. Highly recommend

The staff always did what they could to mitigate impact on my stored belongings. I recommend Daffodil storage because of the staff and the price.

I was a longtime renter and had no issues going to costco and storing shelf food and left over items from my old home and children's safekeeps. I liked the place because it was cool in this heat with some privacy while I sort my life out. The security is relaxed (easily hacked with modern amenities) and a few other security flaws. I use to sing their praises, and now I have 7 days to vacate, not 30 like most (honest) businesses. They turned on a dime with me like Hitler dealing with disabilities. I started there because it was close to my old house even though rent was higher, the convenience made it worth it but I have issues with narcolepsy and while trying to clean my storage and stay out of the heat. I fell asleep and got locked in but too hurt from a recent wreck to jump the gate at 3 am with no ride home except bus in the morning or an uphill 4 mile walk to my current home. I had an alarm set but never heard it. The receptionist confronted me about sleeping in the unit. I tried to be polite and honest explaining my situation but she started pointing out my arts and crafts bottles aint allowed along with cases of soda or Mac n Cheese still sealed and I must have known from the contract. She told me shes gonna contact her boss and I told her that they have my number and he can contact me for more details to save my unit. He showed up to bully me off the premises because I needed a safe place to be with this heat wave and my place is crowded. I'm immunocomprimised as well trying to have some right to privacy and personal space that I pay for.

Decided to take my business/money elsewhere. Walked in, friendly as always. Greeted the lady tending to the desk. Asked about storage options, and then asked to view the available unit that appealed to me. She was apprehensive, stating it was a security reason. I thought for a moment that was odd considering units should be secured and the facility is under surveillance and especially odd considering other storage complexes let you view your potential space. I was then told that they have a mock up of sizes in the back. So she escorted me to a series of tape lines with the dimensions for various sizes. I could kind of get a feel for it but I was more interested in seeing the path I would take to the unit. Anyway, she asked what I'd be storing. I responded with retail inventory. She mentioned that if I'm a business that she'll just need some business related paperwork if I rent. Made sense to me. We went back around to the front where she looked up location of the unit. I was curious of the paperwork I'd have to provide so I asked. Was then given a non descriptive answer and followed with a question asking "Is there any particular reason you wouldn't want to provide that?". I was a little confused for a second because I didn't say I didn't want to provide it. So I responded saying I was just curious of the documents needed... Earlier she had mentioned that they run a tight ship don't tolerate loitering, so later while we up front again I had asked what constitutes loitering, just I could have a full understanding of their definition of loitering. To paraphrase her non descriptive answer you would have to be actively loading and unloading. Made sense to me! After my series of rather normal questions she brought me a map of the unit showing the location of it. I asked if I could keep it so I can mull it over and she was extremely uneasy about it eventually saying yes. So with her on guard behavior I wanted to cut any tension and asked if she deals with shifty people a lot. She responded saying no but I don't usually get asked these questions. I chuckled and said those were pretty normal questions and then her coworker fully broke the tension asking if I'd like a business card. So I said thanks for your time and decided to leave. Got my unit today with a different business!

My daughter and her husband have rented a storage unit here for several years. Yesterday we went to start cleaning her unit out because she no longer needs it. We found a large number of item had fresh water damage (still wet) and a puddle on top of a stack of pictures, that water was stagnant. So the unit obviously has a leak that has been there for a while and is still actively leaking. When we talked to the front desk they didn't seem to care. Later when the called my daughter they claimed they asked the person with the unit next to her to see if they had a leak or if it was coming from their unit. Then they claimed it was a hall way above her unit so no unit was leaking above. Basically they said there was nothing the could do since they can't find a leak. Horrible customer service. 3 years x $111 a month and that's how they treat you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
