• Good service and they don’t increase rates like other big chains. Only downside is the first unit I had leaked water from the roof into the unit. Also the climate control is pretty weak because they “keep the temperature just above the dewpoint” to prevent moisture from forming, so it’s still pretty cold in the units in winter.

• It’s a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies. Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.
