• I must say…the staff has always been helpful and not pushy to make you rent something other than what you had already decided on. Kori was always very friendly and helpful since day one. There was one guy who was kind of rude and ASSUMED he knew what you were going to say BEFORE you even said it (psst…I think he might be gone now). He was very presumptuous…instead of LISTENING to the customer. Kori was gone from this location for a while and when she returned she was the manager! Great job Kori! Great job Daffodil for promoting someone who more than deserves it!

• Hands down the best storage unit I’ve rented. Everything was online with easy directions. When I was having some trouble filling out the paperwork. Julie in the office called me to see if I needed anymore help. She was also super kind and helpful. I enjoy not having to remember codes. Everything is bluetooth activated. All you need is your phone and the app. I would definitely seek out this business again, if I ever move.

• I need a long-term storage facility and I had originally stored my tools at Public Storage, located 1/2 mile from Summit View. It was a non-heated 10’x12′ with and an exterior hinged-door entrance. Within six months, Public Storage raised my rent by 53%!!!!! I immediately moved to Summit View where I’m in a heated unit that’s the same size. So far, I love Summit View! The staff are the best!! The manager (I think her name is Katy), Jason, Jaime and Kerri have all been very friendly and accommodating. The facility is the best I’ve seen and I have no concerns with leaving my tools here for an extended time period, especially in a heated environment. Hopefully, I won’t encounter any large rent increases.. lol.
