I love this place. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Only complaint I have is that their payment portal is a bit glitchy and autopay constantly messes up, but no complaints about the facility itself.

Purchased a couple of abandoned store units . Called the office to confirm time of clean out of the units that were won . Roberta picked up the phone, was very helpful, and was amazing throughout the entire process. If I didn’t live so far away from this storage facility, I’d move my personal belongings here all because of Roberta’s excellent customer service! Can’t wait to purchase more units here in the future .Thank you Roberta, you’re appreciated!
