We just went to look at a storage unit for “short term” storage ?. Roberta was more than expected; she was the epitomy of customer service, kind, extremely helpful, insightful to our needs, pleasant, and thoughtful. Even if this business wasn’t as clean and safe as it is, I’d rent from them just because of her. Can’t go wrong when the people in the office are this great.
