The facility is very clean and I love that it is also heated. Very nice staff, friendly and informative. Easy check in even though I didn't have all of my paperwork ready. Unit was clean. I don't particularly like the gated entrance and exits and wish they were all 2 way. I would recommend this storage unit to others.

I so appreciate how friendly and helpful the office staff have been! We needed a large unit to get my parent's estate stored as we worked through all of the stuff. Tanner did a wonderful job getting us close to the elevator and showing us all the ends and outs of the locks and parking. We have found the facility so easy to use. Our belongings have been safe and secure this whole time. We just were able to scale down to a smaller unit and SO appreciated Tanner and Kathy's help in getting us exactly what we needed! They have been such a gift to work with as we have had to manage this difficult time in dealing with our parent's estate. I highly recommend Lakeland Hills Heated Storage! I can't thank them enough!

The facility is difficult to enter with loads of items. It is a single door to the entire building and not even a double door. The inside hallways are skinny and crowded. When entering the grounds at the gate it's difficult to get close to the code machine without getting out of your car and leaving is even worse. The code machine to open the door is many feet away from the gate and you do have to get out of your car to put the code in. It just is a very user unfriendly place.

Absolutely do not keep your stuff here. God forbid something happen and you get behind. You will lose everything. These people are disgusting. It says heated storage, but they don’t turn the heat up above 69° in the winter. Everything that is made of wood or a natural material that is stored on their concrete Will soak up moisture if you’re on the basement floor, and mold. I should’ve tried bribing them with my donuts or some kind of fast food for lunch when I showed up . Hindsight is 20/20

If I could give 0 stars I would. My storage unit was broken into 12/14/22, along with multiple others and most recently had more units broken into this month. I urge everyone to stay away from here, and choose anywhere else to keep their belongings. This place has no care for their customers and won’t try to change anything to make this place secure.

My mom has a storage unit here and someone recently broke in, slashed ALL of the boxes/ bags to see what we had, emptied containers to take what they wanted, broke everything so there was glass on the floor, and had the AUDACITY to CHANGE the lock and put their own one on with a lock/ key they had. We came back to a lock that did not fit our key so we got suspicious. The mess came a huge surprise to us considering 1. they are gated, 2. they have cameras, and 3. they should not have any break ins that they are unaware of. Everyone check your storage, I’m sure we can’t be the only one. Replying to the owner: As part of your daily routine, your employees should be reviewing camera footage from the day prior to ensure no locks are being cut and no storage units are being broken into. 3/4 of our items in the unit were stolen. That’s insane.
