I have been at Daffodil storage for a number of years moving from smaller to bigger units. Georgian and Mike have done nothing but gone above and beyond accommodating me and doing what they could to help me in a number of times in my time there. Because of them I chose to keep my storage even while I went to Moses lake for four years. That was a three hour drive just to go to the unit. Many times I thought about moving things closer so I did not have that drive to take things out or put things in. But the customer service they provided was far unmatched. I ended up moving back to the Westside from the East side and then moving into King county. Still needing storage I figured again moving to a closer unit to not make the drive and honest save a few bucks. But afterlife’s curtails Georgiana and Mike again went above and beyond and I did not ask they just knew me and accommodated to help me how they could. After this I decided that the extra I paid was well above the service they delivered. Daffodil storage has a great duo and they should be thankful and proud they have team members who because of them no matter what part of the state I am in I would not move from this location. LZO

Let me just say this is my 2nd storage I have had ever, & have been with you guys going on 4years now! Several weeks ago I had the delightful pleasure of meeting Georgianna & Jessica! I had called before, & then came in too look at storage because I was thinking of adding a second storage in. Georgiana was very helpful gave her some ideas of what I had left and she told me to go look at the storage she recommends she also explained the storage sizes to me when I was thinking maybe adding on just a smaller storage but after I told her what I had left she recommended me one that might help and told me to check it out, I went to take a look at it. She got me set up when I said yes and tada! Got my second storage! Next day, after I went home walked through my house and realized that the second storage was not going to work as I had more stuff then I thought. I had the awesome pleasure of meeting Jessica this time around and again she was amazing helpful. Told her my situation and that I spoke with Georgiana the day before and Jessica showed me some bigger units. I settled on the 10x10 and I was more concerned of having to pay again with the sign up fee, and Jessica explained everything and guided me through. They credited me back and just put it on my bill. I was like wow! Awesome! These two ladies made my experience with you guys even more awesome. Especially me being with you going on 4 years! When you're moving you already have so much that you have to deal with, so it was nice to have a helping hand to take some of the stress away from our move. I'm only giving them 3 stars bc on cleanliness. Due to extenuating circumstances beyond my control I had to be late. No problem! I figured with fees it was fair. Called 4 days ago to let them know about paying it in full on Friday and even confirmed the amount, twice. Call today and am told it's$100 more and that fee was tacked on over 25 days ago. Of course, nobody knows why I wasn't told. How on earth do you expect people to pay stuff off when you tack on fees like this? I'd be a lot less upset if the woman I spoke to hadn't confirmed on Monday the amount $100 less. That's ok bc I get to spend my days off moving all our stuff out to a non corporate storage facility.

1 STAR, 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT @ YOUR UNIT PER VISIT!! I was contacted by the front desk today stating I dropped a small bag of parts that went to the brand new shelves I bought today. I called after over 30 minutes informing me about this little bag and how I need to come back and pick up my "TRASH" (her new name for the bag). Then I was talked to like I was someone that has been leaving trash around the site for quite some time. Her attitude changed from "By the way you dropped something to, You Need To Clean Up All Your Trash and by the way I'm going to talk down to you some more. I was then TOLD (Not Nicely Informed) that you are only allowed a 30 minutes time limit on the site per visit. But today was okay because we're not busy.....This was the first time the office has ever contacted me. I was upstanding and polite about the situation. I apologize right away. I felt like I was being attracted and talked down to after being informed that I accidentally dropped something. I don't know about anyone else but it usually takes 20 mins to dig out the box I need or find it. I'm sure everyone can agree we all say I'm going to do e organize my unit next time I'm here! Lol but when do we ever want to spend time on a hot day hot storage unit to do that!? I don't agree how this lady from the front desk informed me and how she decided to throw it in my face with adding some hidden rule that is not anywhere listed on the app or front gate or the property. I hope better conversation skills are used with the next customer. Thanks for reading my input on the Daffodil Storage office meridian in Puyallup/Graham WA.
