A cart was right inside the door which was nice, but had we known we didn’t have to wait until office hours to get a cart, we could have gotten a much earlier start. Parking for the interior spaces is challenging as there are no-parking signs near the doors. The doors have a threshold that isn’t flat so the carts have to be pushed hard to cross the threshold and the jolt makes items on the cart bounce off. A second person is needed to get thru the door without incident. I also found it inconvenient to have the key pad for the entry & exit gate on the psgr side. Having to get out of the truck and walk around to enter the code was annoying, twice, especially in the rain. ETA: We should have asked about the carts instead of assuming they were kept in the office as in our previous facility. Not meant to be a criticism of the business.

My move was especially stressful, but Danielle made everything much easier. We decided last minute to sell the house and wanted to get everything out so we could put it up on the market as fast as we could. Rainier View Storage was less than a mile from my house, had rental spaces in multiple different sizes available. Danielle made everything easy for me. When I had trouble going online to select my unit, she told me to come in and she would get me set up. I just started a new job and she worked with me and my unknown schedule to use their moving van to get all of my belongings out of the house. When I filled up my storage unit, she was able to find me another one that was in a convenient location in relation to the first, and she got me every discount she could on them. Without her, I would probably still have everything stacked up in my garage, waiting for my day off so I could rent a UHaul. Thanks Danielle.
