    Staff is great, facility is clean and has an excellent layout with a convenient north and south access point to a corridor for storage. My unit is a drive up unit and is enabled with phone key access which is nice. Staff was very helpful in assisting me as I transitioned and needed more units to get my belongings organized and then to the consolidation of those units was a smooth and easy process.

I got all three units close to each other as I needed them and it's worked out wonderfully. The only negative is getting in and out of the facility can be a little challenging at times. But honestly even if I'm paying a little more, totally worth it

Kristin and Amy deliver excellent customer service! I have rented storage units over the last 15 years, and I have never received this level of assistance. Thankfully, another storage company in the Orting area referred them to me. I was able to rent a larger storage unit for less money than their competitor offered for a smaller unit! The grounds are secure and well maintained, the office atmosphere inviting and friendly. If you're shopping around for a future unit, Rainier View Storage is the place to go, you will be glad you did! Thank you Kristin and Amy for always being available to take my calls and helping me as needed!

On July 30, 2022 We rented a 5x9 storage for $89.00/month. The first month was 50% off. This is a newly constructed storage off Highway 162 and cross street 128th Street E. (Puyallup/Orting). The building esthetic is a nice design. They run under Daffodil storage. Initially we had our storage with Public Storage in town. Decided to transfer our items here as it is across the street from our home. The application online was almost seamless, almost perfect. I was unable to complete the app process as it was charging me the full amount $89.00. Kristin and Amy has been such a pleasure to work with. She toured us our storage location and where the restroom was just in case. At that time half of the building was not completed as the parts were still on back order (post pandemic) typical delays. The building has a front rear gate. You need to download the app to open/close. Only 2 users available to use the app. The move transition was swift and easy. All completed on the same day. Love the convenience of this location. We decided to get another storage for our daughter 10x15 for $164.00 (1st no 50%) as she had so much stuff. She did not want to bring them to her new place in Spokane. We plan to sell some stuff of her stuff slowly then rid the big unit. We are highly satisfied customers.
