Love it, only bad thing is that it is totally cell phone bluetooth dependent! Phones dead, your burnt on getting in. Period. I went out of town with the only phone linked to my and my bf storage unit. He needed to access it. His name is on it etc. He was not even able to access it via the office showing his ID! So, be aware! You need cell to get through the gate in and out, and entry into building, and elevator usage. Other than that, no problems or complaints. Bathroom is NOT in the office so after office hours you can still access it! Plus plus plus !

Hours are not accurate. I am in the process of trying to get a storage unit. I looked online and went in during business hours on Sunday none was there, they offer a kiosk to be connected to someone so I tried that for about 15 minutes and no one answered. So I took Monday off to go in and get the storage unit I reserved, I called to verify someone would be there and I was told she doesn’t work on Sunday or Monday. Now I am hesitant of actual hours and if I would even be able to access a unit during there scheduled hours. Will update the review if I end up actually meeting up with someone to look at a unit. ***UPDATE**** After my third attempt I met Mikayla in the office she was super professional and friendly. She explained that corporate considers the office to be open 7 days a week because they have the kiosk accessible on her two days off. She apologized for the confusion and said she has tried to get them update or clarify but will not. So to be clear if you would actually like to speak with someone in person their office hours are Tuesday through Saturday. I really think corporate needs to update the hours because it is kind of deceiving . Other than that everything has been such a smooth process and I have no complaints.
