Roberta not only made moving in as quickly as possibly an easy experience but an enjoyable one as well, and when I noticed the unit that I first moved into had a very minor appearance of a potential leak they got maintenance in the very next day, communicated extremely clearly, resolved the issue and offered to move a new unit while keeping my move in discount all for my peace of mind. I've been a customer here since September of 2021 and I have yet to find an issue. The prices are straightforward and you get access most hours of the day. It looks like they are adding more to the storage facility which will make it twice as big as it is now. Buckley is a nice little small town so they picked a great location to have their company. Staff is amazing and it's pretty secure with their 24-hour surveillance so you can feel the rest assured your stuff is safe!

My suggestion would be just stick to one website because I had to call several times to confirm if everything went through but then I actually had to go to the facility website that I was applying for, to fill out paperwork. Otherwise, my experience so far with the Rainier view storage Buckley was so simple and easy!! I would recommend anyone to go there for storage! Customer service was so awesome and helpful.
