My experience with Daffodil Storage was great and I highly recommend them! Initially they emailed me a map, my own gate code, and provided a brand new lock for my unit. After a year or so (I think) I upgraded to a larger unit and that change was a breeze thanks to the wonderful office staff. They were super helpful and polite. I even got to keep the same gate code and if I remember right I was given a choice between two units to upgrade to. The place looks nice and well-maintained on the outside. The inside is surprisingly clean - when I moved out, I swept, and there was barely any dust! It’s well-lit, although if you don’t step out into the walkway, eventually the motion lights turn off… had a scare one evening, buried in the back of my unit surrounded by all my stuff trying to find something, when all the sudden the lights went out. Was in pitch black, almost panicked but used my phone as a flashlight and moved a bunch of stuff around then ran out to get the lights back on. Remember to keep a clear path to the walkway lol. I haven’t seen any insects or pests besides one very smol spider in the two years I was here. A rather large cart is there for anyone to use and that made moving things to and from my car so, soooo much easier. My only complaint is the road outside is not at all level so that can make moving things on a cart kind of nerve wracking because the cart wants to roll. Just be extra careful there. I loved that I had access to my unit till 9pm. The staff are there till 6pm. There are cameras on the premises so it felt pretty secure. I felt pretty insecure though knowing someone could be watching me struggle and maneuvering awkwardly to get stuff in and out of there by myself lawl. All in all a great experience, even up to the very end. Rent’s not prorated so if you move out you have till the end of the month to clear your unit. I bought a house and forgot till the last minute I had a storage unit I should empty out now before I get charged another month. I called them to let them know I’d be vacating the unit that day, and while they understandably would have liked 10 days notice, Morgan was still really nice and understanding on the phone and walked me through the move-out process and was just super kind. I did feel bad for the late notice though, so ya’ll, try to be better than me about that. :)

My husband and I recently moved out of our apartment and into our parents house with not much space. We decided last minute to get a storage unit. Daffodil Storage was quick and easy. You can do it all online and can even start moving stuff in the same day. It was very convenient and the place is very clean. Office staff is very nice and we haven’t had any problems. Definitely recommend this storage place in the port orchard area.

My husband and I recently moved out of our apartment and into our parents house with not much space. We decided last minute to get a storage unit. Daffodil Storage was quick and easy. You can do it all online and can even start moving stuff in the same day. It was very convenient and the place is very clean. Office staff is very nice and we haven’t had any problems. Definitely recommend this storage place in the port orchard area.

First, I would like to say the professionalism and efficiency I recieved from the staff is the highest for any company. I run a multimillion company and we pride ourself on customer service. So, when I witness this first hand , I have to say something. I had a situation where I had to change the lease to a day earlier and even though there Manager was in a month meeting they made it happen without a hitch. They work with me in a stress full time where I had 1 hr to make changes with mover, u haul and storage . I will definitely promote your company for all of WA. Thank you so much for your customer service, professionalism, especially, being Courteous through the process.

I am so glad I decided to rent a storage unit at Daffodil Port Orchard instead of the other facilities I was considering! After looking at available units online, I called and spoke with Josie who was so nice and answered all of my questions. Later that afternoon, I went into the office and again Josie assisted me, answering all of my new questions, showing me both the units I was considering, helped me decide which would be best for what I needed, thoroughly explaining every part of my rental agreement... Right from the start I experienced nothing but the best service, a happy and welcoming attitude and most of all I left feeling certain my belongings would be safe and secure at this facility, which is extremely important to me as I will be out of state for a while. Morgan (the facility manager) does regular security walks through the whole facility. Several times over the past few days that I have been moving my belongings into my unit, Morgan has taken the time during his rounds to say hello and ask if I need anything. I have had several storage units over the years in 3 different states and can honestly say this is hands down the best facility I've stored with. It's very apparent both Morgan and Josie take great pride in their facility and the service they provide!

Morgan and Josie are so amazing. I feel like we’ve troubled them a lot. On our third storage unit here and worried we were bothering them a lot with all our questions and movers driving in and out. But they were so patient with us. Let us use their bathrooms and gave us water. The facilities look well maintained as well, the temperature is regulated for the indoor ones, so I don’t worry about our items inside. Fast and easy registering process too. Highly recommended.

I JUST GOT MY STORAGE UNIT YESTERDAY AND IT WAS SO EASY AND QUICK I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

During one of our first times on site we saw a staff member walking through the building checking locks to make sure the units were secure. Made me feel good about choosing this site.

Daffodil was recommended by a good friend, who later received referral credit, worth every penny. Went on line first and made reservation. Staff honored price quoted on line for both the promotional 50% off first two months, plus the price on line, $127, for a 10 x 10, a number which can legitimately go up and down but I wanted the prices on line and they honored that request. Their truck, "Free to New Tenants," was real; awesome benefit having the truck for in town move. The place is secure and clean. But the best part with anything is customer service; after making on line no commitment reservation, staff called same day. Special thanks to Christian and Danielle; they were all business and friendly. With a move I need all business first, which they recognized. Later, I lighten up, like enjoying writing this review.

Rented a unit a few years ago. No issues with any of my items. Easy process.

Ok so it's new, that's rad, staff is very helpful and kind. You know it's a storage unit. They have raised their prices every year. Yikes!

I love the storage facility and the staff. My only issue is they do not and will not honor their refer a friend policy. So I'm moving out. That's bad business.

My only experience was with the office guy with the cane about a month ago. I was asking for prices on the units for our upcoming move. He was so rude and condescending that I will never rent from this location. It's like he didn't want my business. Clearly he was right and the customer was not right. I'm still mad thinking about it! I actually found a better deal elsewhere, so it worked out.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff are rude and snobby! They don't prorate like other storage facilities. Maybe it's too much paperwork and they can't do the math. I moved from one small storage to a bigger one and paid only the difference but of course that was in the beginning when they opened the guy who works there now has a big head to good for anyone.

We rented a unit from June 2020-March of 2021. Most of our belongings were moldy .My dishes were all covered in condensation and I actually had to dump water out of things. The disturbing part wasn't the mold and obvious moisture problem. It was the lack of sympathy for our belongings being disgusting. The customer service was disgraceful and plain rude. We were basically told it was our fault because we hadn't paid for a heated unit. If I would have been informed that my things would be ruined then I would have paid the extra 50 dollars a month. We already we're paying 245.00 a month. My fault for not realizing it was unheated , I suppose but maybe you should inform your customers that unless they pay for a heated unit their belongings will mold. I could have stored my stuff for free in my garage and got the same results.
