Angie and Karen are very helpful and my experience storing my belongings here was great. There was a period of time where the gate was broken so we could only access our units during open hours and that was frustrating however the team was proactive about keeping tenants updated on the progress of gate repairs. I've stored here the last 2 years. Not only do I feel like my things are safe, i also really enjoy anytime I've interacted with the office staff. They are so friendly here. And so helpful. We actually spent time considering just downsizing our unit and they were very accommodating in regards to showing up and showing us what options they had available, and in person tours of units that could fit our needs with an easy transition to. All in all, excellent staff, secure storing, and the location for me personally was great.

Forgot to mention the free moving truck is A GREAT FRICKEN PERK! I must say that and the 2 months at 50 % off were my selling points! Granted it is only free for 20 miles but that generally would be sufficient for the majority. Even with that mileage it is a great deal! The process to "switch" units was pretty easy, Karen was very helpful and understanding. My one MAJOR concern was, why should I need to pay (again) for the administration fee, if I have already paid that and I have been a loyal customer for 18+ months already. That was very frustrating. If she had not waived that fee, I was set to move my things to another storage company. Kudos to her for problem solving and keeping a great customer!
