    All i can say is Ken Shirer the DM deserves part ownership based off the service he provide for a long term customer. We had a power outage issue in the unit I was working out of and without power i was dead in the water and he knew it. He expedited the repair knowing i was i need and he took care of it. He followed up with a phone call to me letting me know the repair was done and also did a heating adjustment on the building as well I'm in as well which was another benefit. All this was completed in hours, not days. Thank you Ken and Will!!

    We have had a storage space here for probably 6-7 years. We use it for our business with spare equipment and other maintenance supplies. We also had to have one for a short period for our disabled son while he was seeking care. These folks are very responsive and always helpful. The property is well maintained and easy to access. Very conveniently located for us.

Julie and Will are two of the NICEST people I have ever met. My lock seized a couple weeks into my rental and its $50 to drill it out. They took care of it because it was the lock and not my mistake. I paid another month knowing I would cancel just because they took care of me when it was the right thing to do. The facility is clean, well kept and ready to go. I shopped around before finding this place and they were the best people to deal with. Business owners that just want to take care of their people, no less.

I was serviced by Christian and he was very professional and was able to provide me a quote for the job. I would recommend people to utilize the Minutemen Printing Company for their printing jobs. I was told that my job would take up to a week to do the job. I had checked on another printing company and they told me that my job would take up to a month to do the same job.

I will never again rent from this place again! It's highway robbery to take the remaining balance of a full month's rent and not refund it on a prorated basis after move out! The owners are ripping off tenants and pocketing sheer cash for 21 remaining unused days! Nothing was mentioned on initial signing that this would be the case. Moved out on the 9th of March and they did not prorate to refund me the remaining time. Seek storage rental elsewhere! They are a ripping off!!!

After this basic interaction when requesting a quote and misinformation of services offered through slurred communications we took our business to Cobalt Storage in Puyallup. Just read the reviews within Yelp that you can compare and contrast this company, which its not what it use to be. DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT MANGE YOUR STORED PROPERTY WITH ANY CARE. *** Reply to Owner*** And I the fact you are defending this individual when one has an interaction that is within your facilities that leaves a family puzzled is pathetic. After this basic interaction when requesting a quote and misinformation of services offered through slurred communications we took our business to Cobalt Storage in Puyallup. Just read the reviews within Yelp that you can compare and contrast this company, which its not what it use to be.
