We've been storing our stuff here for years! Sad to see my favorite girl leave, but overall a great storage experience.

Nice safe storage

It's an ok place. Have never seen the management but they keep the place clean and tidy. My only complaint would have to be that'sI hate when other other customers come through the gate on your code. If they do something wrong it's on your code and could get blamed for it. Not cool man not cool

I used Gotta Store it for two years. The staff was always very friendly and would give you reminders that your payment was due so you wouldn't a late fee. I would use them again if needed

Norma was GREAT!! So friendly and personable, she took the time to explain everything and even show me where the unit was and made sure it was clean and that the lock worked! Great customer service.

We've used them off and on for a couple years. Always friendly people. Nothing special about the facility - lots of space for vehicles to pass each other, solid doors, good construction, the space stays dry and so does your stuff (which was important, because we had old wood furniture).The new "passenger side code box" layout to get in and out is kind of dippy, because of having to climb out of the vehicle when there isn't a passenger in the car, but whatever.

Very clean, priced right for secure and covered protection of your valuable property, like our toy hauler.Once our door had come unlatched and was wide open. We were notified at 7 am when they do their rounds and security check of property.Attendant went inside, thankfully nothing was disturbed.Thank you "You Gotta Store It" for your kindness and professionalism.
