This place is great for your storage needs. Security is tight and prices are great. I was a tenant there for too many years and now that I do not have a need for a unit I left. Kori made the move out process easy. As I was moving out, I caught Kori walking the place, before her shift, and asked her what I needed to do, and she gladly helped me. Not only is the staff (Kori) the best, but the prices are great. In the eight(ish) years I was there, I believe my rates only went up twice. Gotta Store It has all your storage needs.

That all changed a month ago where they took the hours from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and we lost the ability to get into our units for 3 hours. The new staff does not have the same customer service the old ones did. A couple of times comments have been rude hurtful and downright disrespectful. We have been customers fr 8 years.when we started with them and up until a year or two ago we were able to go through the gate at 6 or 7 Am on the weekends to get our boat unfortunately now we have to wait until 9 which eats into our boat time.they raise the prices but cut down on your availability to get to your items. Most of us with recreational items would prefer to have early access. Honestly if there were somewhere that was close and had covered parking we would move our boat. Basically we are paying $200 a month for it to covered bc they certainly are not providing convenience

We moved today from this storage facility completely after purchasing a heated storage. Also noted that the storage is promised to be pest free. Not only was about 60% of our items moldy. They were covered in rat droppings and urine. A couch set was totally soaked with urine. Dressers were moldy and photographs lost. Personal, non-replaceable items. The couch set was given to us by our great uncle that was super important and meant a lot to us. We wanted warn anyone who is thinking about using this facility. Please do your due diligence and don't hesitate to ask questions. Please be careful. Some momentos can't be replaced.
